Order Steps

 

  • In the purchasing step, you must enter your delivery and billing address before placing your order. You can also use your delivery address as your billing address.  
  • In this step, you can use the information you entered when signing up or update your information and define a new address for your account.
  • After selecting the billing and delivery addresses, determine your payment method.
  • In your payment method; Please enter your requested credit/debit card information completely.
  • You can complete your payment in installments or as a single payment. You can determine the installment amount according to the number of installments offered by the system.
  • Before confirming your order, you must provide your user information  Please check (delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number…). If there is any missing or incorrect information, please update it.
  • After checking your user information, you can complete the purchase. 


 

Post-Order Processes 

 

  • After completing your purchase, your order  It enters the approval phase. 
  • Your approved order will be delivered to the cargo.
  • If your order is delivered to cargo, you will be notified via e-mail or SMS.
  • You can follow the delivery stages of your order with the cargo tracking number sent to you.
    • While your order is at the approval stage, you can cancel your product.
    • You cannot cancel your product once it has been shipped. If you wish, you can inform us that you will return your order by not receiving it from the cargo officer on the day of delivery. If you inform the cargo officer that you are returning the product, the refund will be processed. 


 

Cargo Process and Tracking 

 

  • After placing your order, you can track the cargo of your order through the system.  
  • For cargo tracking of your order; My Account> My Orders You can view the order number of your relevant order on the  page. When you click on the order number, the Order Information page will open. 
  • In the Summary section on the
  • Order Information page, in the Cargo Tracking Number opposite Delivery Method  When you click strong>, you can track your cargo progress. 

 


Return and Cancellation Process

 

  • You can return your product while your order is at the approval stage. 
  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If you inform us that you will return your order by not receiving it from the cargo officer on the delivery day, the necessary actions will be taken.
  • If you have received your order and want to return it, you can follow the steps below;
  • My Account > My Orders When you follow the steps  , all orders you have placed on Fenneshome.com will appear. When you click on the order number of the order you want to return, the Order Information page will open.
  • On the
  • Order Information page, when you click on the Create Refund Request option, you can initiate your return request if you specify the reason for the return. 
  • Refund Requests Refund Requests  in the My Account menu. You can follow the approval or rejection process of your return/cancellation request from the page. 
  • You must submit a refund request via the system within 14 days, including the day you receive your order from the cargo.
